Finance-led, honestly scoped
We are a bookkeeping and accounting firm first. That is an advantage for most of this work — we read your numbers for a living, so consulting engagements start from evidence rather than from a discovery workshop. Where many consulting firms bill open-ended hours against a scope that grows, we agree the scope and the price in writing before any work starts.
It also sets a boundary, and we would rather be clear about it. We do not provide audit or assurance services, regulated investment advice, or legal counsel. For deep sector-specific market or brand strategy, a specialist in your industry will serve you better and we will tell you so rather than take the engagement.
